Private Connections SA operates a private introduction service. There are no public profiles, no public browsing and no public directory of any kind. Your details are seen only by the small team that handles your request, and only for as long as is necessary to do so.

We collect only the information you choose to give us through our introduction request form, membership application or contact form. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Your name or first name, and age.
- Your city and province.
- Your email address, mobile number and preferred contact method.
- The description you provide about yourself and what you are looking for.
We do not ask for identity numbers, banking details or any other financial information through this website, and you should not send such details to us.
How we use your information
- To review and process your introduction request or membership application.
- To post your request privately so that verified members can consider it.
- To respond to you about your request, application or enquiry.
- To keep basic records of correspondence relating to our service.
We use your information for these purposes only. We do not profile you for advertising and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
What we never do
- We never publish public profiles or allow public browsing of members.
- We never display your identity publicly.
- We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We never share your details with anyone who has no part in handling your request.
Who can see your details
Only the members of our team responsible for reviewing and handling requests have access to the information you submit. Where a request is shared with verified members, it is shared privately and limited to what is needed for a member to decide whether she wishes to respond.
Keeping your information secure
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to keep your information confidential and to limit access to it. Please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is entirely without risk, so share only what you are comfortable sharing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our service, to deal with any follow-up correspondence, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or securely disposed of.
Your rights and choices
You may at any time ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct or update information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your information and withdraw your request or application.
- Stop contacting you.
